The first "new" thing our professor introduced us to was IfThisThanThat. The thing is, I already use this every day.
My Philips Hue lights in my livingroom turn on at sunset.
When it rains my lights in my dining room and living room flicker blue and at 6am my light in my bedroom and living room turn to the energize scene, to wake up my body and tell me it's time to exercise.

I've used wunderlist in the past for group assignments, it works a bit like Bello Trello.
